Mile Twenty Labs
The wall is just the beginning.
Current Experiments
Mile 20 is where shit gets real. It's 20 miles into a marathon when your legs are on fire, your brain is screaming to quit, and you're faced with a choice - push through or give up. It's that moment where preparation meets reality, and you discover what you're actually made of.
But here's the thing - we hit walls everywhere in life. Building a business, tackling a new project, or just trying something that scares you. The wall isn't unique to running. It's that universal moment when motivation runs out and discipline has to take over.
That's what Mile Twenty Labs is about. I'm not here to overcomplicate things or sell you on what you 'need.' My answer to most challenges is simple: just do it. Make time, push yourself, and figure it out as you go. Whether I'm building websites for my agency or training for my next race, it's the same approach - show up, do the work, and push through when it gets hard.
This is my space to document what I'm learning, building, and testing. Some experiments will work, others won't. But that's the point - I'd rather try and fail than wonder what could have been.
We experiment with what works - from building digital experiences to pushing personal limits.
03
Testing
Gear, methods, and ideas I'm actually using. If it doesn't work, you'll know.
01
Building
Web projects that solve real problems. No fluff, just things that work.
02
Running
What I'm learning by putting in the miles. Real training, real races, real results.
